How to apply for objecting inclusion of name in electoral roll or seeking deletion of name from Electoral Roll?
If you want to apply for objection to inclusion of name in electoral roll or demand for deletion of name from electoral roll, first fill Form 7 completely. After this, submit it at the concerned BLO or the polling station designated by the Election Commission. Further action will be taken after examining your application. - The application can be made by a voter registered in the existing voter list of the constituency.
- The application may be an objection in respect of a registered elector / an objection to the proposed inclusion of an entry in the electoral roll of the constituency in which the applicant is himself registered or may be a request for deletion of his name from the electoral roll of the applicant.

- 5. Declaration:- The applicant has to give a ‘Declaration’ that the facts and particulars true to the best of his knowledge and belief Are.
